Cleggie has said that the UK should stop jailing addicts for possession of drugs including Class A substances like heroin and cocaine.
What a guy, huh? Ten years in courts and I never once saw it happen.( Unless these people are dealing - usually proved by the size of their stash - it just doesn't happen.) Good old Cleggie - fighting a non-cause!
