Bangladesh and Our Aid.

It appears that our £52 million aid to Bangladesh may have been used by security services there merely to contain opposition to the government! Add that to our aid to : Brazil, Argentina, Pakistan, China and India, to name but a few, and we may see how this budget must be cut.
