'Axe the Ofsted bullies' - Says The N.U.T.

Schools need to be inspected but what Ofsted do is beyond the pale. I used to be a teacher with a excellent record of success with all levels of examination groups, I was generally well-liked by pupils and colleagues, I was inspirational and efficient.
I was never able to score a 'top grade' with inspectors as I did not fit neatly into their 'tick box system'. My methods were deeply personalised and I was simply incapable of coping with their homogenised thought processes.
