It would be hard to explain how disgusting the sausages were which My wife and I had in a sandwich yesterday morning. Slowly oven-roasted to perfection - I am an expert in this exercise - I began to frown a little when no fat came out of the pricked sausages - now that is worrying! (That butchers sometimes include too much fat at least, shows us that there is evidence of meat!) Flavourless, chewy, rubber-textured - inedible. We had used three from six - the rest were thrown away.
