ANOTHER £3Billion.

Educating children who come from EU countries is an expensive business. Teaching pupils who do not have any idea of local customs nor can speak English is quite a problem. It is especially draining on educational resources as the title shows. Inevitably, this must have a deleterious effect on their British classmates.
