First ODI In India.

England batsmen excelled themselves to score a virtually unassailable 350 for 7 in their 50 overs.
The first game of the series was in the bag!
Well - that was the case until certain bowlers produced far too many bad balls and some puzzling field placements by skipper Eoin Morgan allowed both Indian centurions to 'milk the bowlers' at a rate of six or seven an over, completely unthreatened and for lengthy passages of play.
Where was the imagination? Where was 'the thinking outside the box?'
India won by three wickets with more than an over to spare. Fine. After all, they are better than us as a team in all three forms of the international game. They deserved their victory BUT ...
