Drunken airline passenger who spread fire terror at 33,000ft by discarding cigarette end has sentence more than doubled to nine and a half years
Jon Cox, 46, of Kidderminster, received a four and a half year prison
sentence for reckless arson in March but a top judge said that punishment was
'too lenient' and has now more than doubled it.
