A & E.

I had cause to go to the A & E late on Sunday night with a small but potentially problematic pain. The treatment by staff was astonishingly good at Sheffield's Northern General.
Even when - almost at the very outset - it became apparent that there was no cause for concern whatsoever, they still 'walked the second mile' giving me an Xray, blood tests and several interviews to absolutely confirm that there really was no problem.
This was mildly irritating - but the care level was phenomenal. Well done, NHS.
