I recently spotted an old Guardian article from five years ago entitled 'Capitalism doesn't work'.

Mind-blowing! Capitalism has faults: many faults but it works and also keeps out that horror which impoverishes everyone - state control.

Capitalism in India and China, to mention just two nations, is dragging their peoples above the poverty line.

Compare to Cuba, Venezuela and N.Korea.

Socialism is a history of almost total failure across the globe for generations. I do not hate people but, boy, do I despise the pontificating left as a culture.
