The basis of Critical Race Theory is that lack of achievement - academic or otherwise - is always based on systems and white people.

The anti-culture of so many young black people is concerning - no good can come from it, moreover it feeds the no-responsibility-required-for-one's-own-actions mindset.
Taking every person in a given social group and awarding them 'full victim status' creates an inbuilt anger and a huge absence of self worth.
