Three things MUST be done to end the onslaught of new fuel poverty:
1) Stop chasing rainbows - particularly those with cripplingly high-costing, green edging.
2) Start using the fuel on which these islands are constructed and, yes ...
3) Hammer the profiteering power companies like Shell with punitive taxation on their obscene profits!
