Boris Getting Punished in Council Elections.

 As expected, Boris has overseen the loss of key Tory seats - but this is far from being a landslide.

Any particular reasons for the losses?

1) Taxation at highest level in 70 years.

2) A feeble budget which bordered on pathetic.

3) National Insurance hikes.

4) Failure to complete Brexit.

5) Surrender to Macron over fishing.

6) Giving our money to France to stop criminals crossing The Channel and seeing Macron give nothing back.

7) Yielding to EU pressure over N. Ireland - thus achieving nothing.

8) Remaining in the ECHR.

9) Crime and violent crime not being punished.

10) Building a giant prison which is more like a hotel!

11) Party-gate.

12) Employing Dominic Cummings.

13) Failure to give Nigel Farage a knighthood.

14) Signing up to Zero Net without proper thought being employed. (Though same applies to Lib/Lab/Green/SNP - of course.)

15) Not having had emergency fuel supplies on hand for a major crisis. Though again - same would have applied to the aforementioned parties.

I shall not criticise Boris over Covid. He has been beset by too many 'experts' and 'advisers' BUT, unhappily, many will.
