Supporting Lepra.

Thank you for your support. Together we will beat leprosy.

Dear  Friends ,

This month, we’re celebrating the incredible work of Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHAs). Working across India, ASHAs help individuals and communities, including people affected by leprosy and lymphatic filariasis (LF), access much needed healthcare.
Lepra trains and supports 6,000 ASHAs each year. Their outreach is invaluable in helping people affected by leprosy or LF in the most remote parts of India. ASHAs have strong connections in their local communities, building trust and fostering networks, especially for women to seek vital healthcare.
Without ASHAs and their selfless compassion, we wouldn’t be able to reach the most vulnerable people, people affected by leprosy or lymphatic filariasis.
