SIR– Allison Pearson (Features, April 16) notes the shameful failure of public institutions to acknowledge that this is our country’s holiest time of year.
Part of the problem has been the tepid theology of our clergy. Muscular Christianity has been conspicuous by its absence. It is time for churchmen to vigorously celebrate Christ’s resurrection and proclaim the gospel.
