The Light Walk Challenge!
In the early hours of Sunday Release International’s CEO Paul Robinson and a team of supporters will be taking on the Light Walk Challenge!
Paul and the 22 other walkers have all been in training in recent weeks—and now the time to take on the challenge has arrived!
The team will be carrying a 10-foot-high cross up England’s highest mountain, Scafell Pike, in the dark—aiming to raise it at the peak as dawn breaks.
The symbolic act will serve to highlight the fact that many Christians around the world continue to be Christ’s light in the darkest places.
The walk seeks to raise awareness of the persecution of Christians, as well as raising funds to support those who suffer for Christ and the gospel.
