Where do they find all these appalling Chief Constables? Virtually every single one is a raving, out-of-touch idiot who exudes political correctness out of every pore and has not got the slightest inkling what police work is about - although to be fair - they do probably display expertise on 'gender in the workplace'.The answer to the question is "They are not found they are CREATED!"
