Civil Service cuts.

There are apparently huge cuts in the offing throughout the Civil Service.

Well, my 'mole in-the-know' has revealed to me that the hardest hit will be: the useful jobs; those helping the public; the ones at the sharp end.

My readers will undoubtedly be thrilled to learn that bureaucrats will be largely unaffected.
