Apparently, in the next LibDem manifesto, Clegg intends to include a policy to prevent richer pensioners getting bus passes.
Just how many will this affect? - Will this change the National Debt? - How many 'richer pensioners' actually claim their free bus passes - let alone use them in any case? - Is this moral if they at least, have already paid into the system?
Can this man get any less relevant?
