So. In other words, either we are not sufficiently compos mentis to be trusted to sort out relevant H & S regulations for ourselves OR we are being bullied by a body with more power than sense.
Our quisling politicians do create some doubts with regard to the former - but the latter is filled with more of the same - many more and indeed, worse!
