Liverpool.

Police in Liverpool must be truly sick at heart. After years of effort, they finally smash the Whitney drugs ring worth millions and the longest sentence dished out was a paltry 9 years 4 months!

There is every chance that this represents less than 4 years in jail for the ringleader.

Yet again - our legal system earns a LoonyTunesWatch coconut!
