Do-Gooders are not people who fail to care.
Do-Gooders want to do good things.
Do-Gooders tend to be a bit 'wet'.
Do-Gooders are usually very well-intentioned.
BUT Do-Gooders do not usually succeed when attempting to 'do good'.
The term is emphatically NOT the opposite of a 'do-badder'.
Generally the expression is used to mean those who intrude, interfere, meddle and in so doing, often make a bad situation worse.
They are usually of the liberal left and are invariably lovely people.
Trouble is - THEY ARE DANGEROUS! They are often too nice and take an optimistic view of Mankind.
