Tinkering With EU Institutions Is Doomed To Failure.

The UK and eleven other EU member states have claimed that they wish to reduce unnecessary and excessive costs of EU regulation.
The EU was not designed for such things to happen. It has taken 40 years to get the point when dumping dead fish into the sea is still several years away!
