In Felixstowe, a repeat drink driver named Gill drove at four times the legal limit.
Magistrates did NOT jail him.
I, of all people, know how difficult it can sometimes be to imprison someone who needs to be locked up. I have oft times found justice impossible to deliver. It is perhaps the main reason I left the bench.
