Why Clegg Is Wrong On Isolationism - By Nigel Farage.

It’s clear that Nick Clegg’s time in Brussels and Bruges brainwashed him into peddling the same propaganda about the EU, writes UKIP Leader Nigel Farage.
The age-old excuse that wanting to leave the EU is isolationist completely misses the point. Britain should be looking beyond the confines of the ailing European single market is isolationist. We should be embracing the Commonwealth and a Diaspora of cultures and economies in all four corners of the world and have a more streamlined and nimble approach enabling us to benefit from our strong global connections.
However Nick Clegg does recognise the significance of the forthcoming Euro elections. It is a proxy for an in /out referendum and the voting public are increasingly throwing their support behind UKIP. We want to win those elections and trigger what will be one of the most significant developments in British history.
But Clegg believes staying in the EU is what we need to do to protect our fragile economy. Why is the economy not growing faster? Because we are bogging down by burdensome regulations that stifle industry and growth and shackled to a broken cart of an economically destroyed EU that we have to drag around.

Staying in the EU would be economic suicide. He is right that three million jobs are linked to the EU. Three million jobs that are seeing depressed wages and job insecurity, and countless more jobs being taken up by migrants who are cheaper to employ and take work away from British people, particularly the young.

Sorry Folks.
