Green Loonies Are On The March.

It seems no time at all since 80mph limits on motorways were being discussed. Now - after EU intrusion - the government plans to reduce speeds to just 60mph on our local stretch of the M1 between Matlock and to the north of Rotherham!
Have we not got sufficient congestion because of the gross inadequacy of our motorway system?
