Louise Bours MEP.

The UKIP MEP, Louise Bours, has called for restitution of the death penalty. That is all very commendable but must NOT be presented as UKIP policy as it is only her private opinion. As I understand it, such moral issues, according to UKIP, should be decided by the people and not by politicians.
