Canada & Spain.

These two somewhat different nations have one thing in common - the collapse of a giant political party. This should encourage UKIP mightily here in the UK. At the moment, the tories are probably the better bet with Dave having overseen a fall in membership of around 80% - but do not write off Labour as a longer term possibility. The we-vote-Labour-in-spite-of-everything voters are dying out or finally seeing through those who purport to be on their side. What we need is a resurrection of The Liberal Party (it does still exist - and must not be confused with the Liberal Democrats, obviously.) They could be the sensible left of centre and we could have UKIP as the centre right. Maybe a two party system could work for the people.
