Lloyds Bank has reported that £21k is the average premium to be
paid if you move into the catchment area of a top, state school.
I remember those wonderful days when, for ordinary folk, MERIT
alone was what got you into the best state schools. This was apparently 'not
fair but elitist'. (Nonsensical leftist doublethink is just
unfathomable.)
