NEC Refuses Nigel's Resignation.

A turnup for the books was that, yesterday, the UKIP NEC rejected Nigel's resignation - and UNANIMOUSLY. Seems that we do not need a new leadership contest after all. (Even so - I do hope that he gets his promised rest this summer.)
