For thousands of years and with relatively minor differences between holy readers, the Scriptures have been easy to grasp and interpret. In our arrogant age however, we have reached a time in which we have taken the mores of modern man and decided to adjust the Scriptures until they fit our desired behaviour. Liberal 'christians' and theologians - BEWARE! God will not be mocked.
I am someone so far from perfection and so sin-riddled that I have to yield regularly in total and abject repentance before the cross. They, however, are so perfect in their own eyes, that they are prepared to declare that: 'Sins are not really sins at all. We have advanced and proclaim by our words and actions that we now know better than God.' (Braver than me!)
