Dressed For Rape?

Can a woman 'dress for rape?' Probably not but to some extent, flaunting the body in a provocative way when combined with skimpy clothing is deemed by many to be 'asking for trouble.'
Feminists insist that the woman bears no responsibility whatsoever if sexually assaulted under these conditions. I cannot agree but find no reason at all why the perpetrator of the deed should receive any lesser sentence for their lack of control. Add alcohol into the mix - when both parties have imbibed far too much and matters become far more complex and it is customarily at this point when the feminists demonstrate their innate lack of reason.
