Newhaven council has come under attack for planning a statue of mass-murdering Vietnamese dictator Ho Chi Minh... who supposedly once made pastries on a ferry there.
(So presumably Liverpool will be planning something to honour the visit of the artist - one Adolph Hitler, huh?)
