Hibiscus Tea.

I was recently concerned about my blood pressure but the doctor did not need to put me on medication. I had started drinking Chai teas made of vanilla, black pepper, cinnamon and ginger. I also drank hibiscus tea - either with hawthorn or pomegranate in the mix. Result? - Improved levels of BP.
