'Daesh'? - I First Heard The Word Yesterday.This Is Apparently What It Means.

Cameron starts referring to ISIS as 'Daesh' - a term hated by their leaders as it sounds like the Arabic word for 'trample'.

Why could he not just have said 'low life, sub-human detritus'?
