Transplant Opt Out In Wales.

Now, you will be assumed to have consented for body parts to be taken for transplants after your death - but only in Wales. I believe that an opt out does exist. My pastor's father-in'law had a successful heart transplant - but after years of waiting. With this system, he could have been saved so much time spent in anxiety and pain. Time to make the system national.
