Council Elections: Good But Not Earth-Shattering.

With Labour and Conservatives losing two and three dozen seats respectively - UKIP's increase by two dozen in England was pretty good - albeit not world-changing. UKIP won their first ever seats in the Welsh Assembly - half a dozen.
