Scottish Drugs Deaths.
More than a thousand in 2018! Not prosecuting possession of gateway drugs, lax sentencing of minor dealers, creating a culture ideal for drugs use - all of the things Singapore does not do. Drugs deaths same period in Singapore? - Negligible.
