Meet Anasuya - From Lepra.
Anasuya is 33 and married with one son, she lives in a leprosy colony with her husband.
When Anasuya was just 11 years old she began to notice numb, discoloured patches of skin on her right thigh. Her left hand began to claw and her right food dropped. She tried to hide her symptoms as she was fearful that she would be separated from her family.
She was diagnosed with leprosy and provided Multi Drug Therapy. Anasuya also was referred for reconstructive surgery. Despite the hardship Anasuya faced she came through it stronger and more positive.
