Almost all of these do walk regularly but have now suspended the exercise which is the simplest and best for people of our age.
They have missed a super April - clearly the best of my lifetime; I am guessing that most have no exercise plan; many live near countryside; nobody seems to live on routes with throngs of people. If you are careful, chances of picking up the virus are effectively zero.
