There is an event called 'Serving as Senders' this Saturday 17th October from 9:00am to 1:00pm which may interest some people.
It's a free webinar and is aimed at churches and individuals supporting mission workers with an aim to equip the local church to care better for their mission workers.
The half-day webinar is led by Mike Frith, the Founding Director of OSCAR, a UK based mission support service. Mike worked for several years as a missionary pilot with Mission Aviation Fellowship in Madagascar and Uganda before returning to the UK in 1999. He is an accredited lay preacher and has been involved in training mission workers and supporters all over the UK since 2000.
