Iran releases Christian convert imprisoned for ‘membership in evangelistic group’

Authorities in Iran released 37-year-old Christian convert Majidreza Souzanchi from prison after he tested positive for COVID-19. Souzanchi had been arrested in 2017 for his association with a house church and being involved in evangelism. He was released from Tehran Greater Prison about four months earlier than expected. CP.
