An interesting concept which can be thrown at: anyone who earns more than you do; anyone who works extra hours of overtime; anyone who makes success of a business; any who earn promotions; all entrepreneurs; high earners; all people who save and those who choose to invest their monies are accused of greed irrespective of any generosity to charities and the poor!
Ironically, for reasons based largely on political prejudice, an incredible amount of the time, sportsmen, pop stars, celebrities and actors are not usually included - or have only a passing reference.
Oddly: for thieves, muggers, burglars, extortionists, drug dealers, pimps, robbers, blackmailers etc who commit crimes - it is not customarily permissible, especially in court, to point out that they are motivated by greed.
No. We must find excuses for these good folk so that they may avoid the consequences of their anti-social actions.
