Institutional Racism.

 I do not deny the existence of this as a possible concept but of the countless examples I've spotted in the press, the amount of evidence presented in alleged cases is between pathetically low and feeble.

Unsubstantiated allegations must never receive any positive outcome in courts and tribunals. There seems to be some evidence that 'guesswork decisions' are being made.
This goes against every protocol to which I had to adhere as both JP and Chairman of Magistrates.
Any attempts to use the system with malice aforethought should be punished in exactly the same way as perjury should be treated.
(Note that I did not say 'as perjury is treated'. Far too often, my court experiences, either with bringing evidence or in the making of statutory declarations - perjury was not only committed - but also simply ignored by the system!)
