Join us for ‘An Evening with CSW’
Your prayers, campaigning and gifts are changing lives all over the world.
At ‘An Evening with CSW’ on 5 October, we’re inviting you to hear directly from people from Pakistan and Sudan whose lives have been impacted thanks to your support. We’ll also open the floor for Q&A with our team of expert advocates.
This is such an important opportunity for you to hear about the difference you’ve made – we hope you can make it.
Conversion as an act of self-liberation: A history of the Dalit community in India
‘To this day it is a common practice in several villages to have separate areas for Dalits to live in and separate wells for Dalits to draw water from...’
India’s Dalit community has endured oppression more than any other. They are born into it, branded by the stigma of ‘untouchability’, and still face discrimination today.
For many, converting to a religion other than Hinduism is not just a matter of faith. It is also a means – the only means – for Dalits to escape the centuries-old harassment and injustice of the caste system.
One day. One Church. One prayer.
The International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church (IDOP) is a fantastic opportunity to join together as one global church – joining with Christians around the world on 7 November. You can also set aside any Sunday in November to pray with your church.

This year, we’ll be praying for freedom for the many Christians who’ve been detained or ‘disappeared’ because of their faith or the actions their faith has led them to take. The need to pray is greater than ever.
CSW will also be partnering with Open Doors and Release International to bring you IDOP Online at 6:30pm on 7 November. More details to come!
Leave a legacy of freedom.
Over the last 40 years, we’ve seen some amazing breakthroughs for people facing injustice for their faith. Your committed support makes this possible, along with many others who are no longer with us, but who chose to remember CSW in their wills.

But there’s still a long way to go. In some countries, the work could continue far beyond our lifetimes.
That’s why a legacy from you will make a real difference.
By leaving a gift to CSW in your will – no matter the size – you’ll be partnering with us to bring freedom and justice for generations to come, and continuing to remember ‘those in prison as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering.’ (Hebrews 13:3)
Would you consider leaving a gift to CSW in your will?
