  The vast majority of people came from 10 countries "where human rights abuses and persecution are common".
• Blogger: this is an horrific misrepresentation of truth. In France - none of these FORMER refugees and would-be law-breakers is in any danger whatsoever. This Blog repeats the fact that any ex-refugee who tries to break into our country illegally is, by definition, a criminal.
• We must never forget those many who are economic migrants without having ever been refugees in the first place.
