A cross-party group of pro-life MPs have tabled three abortion amendments to the Government’s flagship Health and Care Bill.
The amendments propose a reduction to the abortion time limit, a ban on sex-selective abortion, and an end to abortion up to birth for disabilities including Down’s syndrome, cleft lip and club foot.
These amendments will likely be debated at the Report Stage of the Bill this Monday and Tuesday. Ahead of Monday, it is vital that MPs get a large number of emails from members of the public asking them to support the amendments.
