Blessings, Rebekah!

Pray for vulnerable Christians this Easter. Around the world, millions of Christians will be celebrating the Resurrection of Jesus this Easter Sunday - and commemorating Good Friday when Jesus '[gave] his life as a ransom for many' (Mark 10:45). As well as a time of celebration and thankfulness, this weekend has often been a time when the persecuted church is particularly vulnerable. Easter and Christmas see a heightened risk of church attacks and other violence. Please join with the global church in praying for peace and protection, so that God's children can gather and worship in safety.

REBEKAH'S JOY, THREE YEARS AFTER SRI LANKA CHURCH BOMBING

At Easter 2019, the world was shocked by church bombings in Sri Lanka - more than 250 people were killed, and many more injured.  Rebekah needed multiple surgeries. EIGHT YEARS SINCE CHIBOK KIDNAPPING

11 April marks eight years since more than 200 schoolgirls were kidnapped from Chibok in northern Nigeria. The abduction by Islamic militants Boko Haram made international headlines - but more than 100 of the girls remain in captivity. (Pictured: Ruth, who escaped and found healing through Open Doors trauma care.) Please keep praying for these brave young women - and ask your MP to take action on behalf of persecuted Christian women and girls.
