Blogger: maybe it was just the time of day when I looked at the front page of The Guardian online this morning: maybe it was just me - but as I flicked through dozens of links to all sorts of matters both important and trivial - something was clearly missing!
I totally failed to find anything on the most important issue of the day - all that corruption amongst 60 or so EU MEPs!
Maybe they had covered everything of interest yesterday and there was nothing else left to say but I doubt it.
Maybe the printed version covered it in full.
Surely it could not have been that The Guardian was prepared to hide the dirt on the EU for political reasons - was it? - Wouldn't that be a form of corruption too?
To be fair to them, though - the BBC news also made precious little of this, the biggest news item since the outbreak of war in the Ukraine.
Some things never change. By and large - all normal people who discover the truth about the EU - truly don't want it. Ergo the unadulterated truth about that poisonous body must not be permitted to see the light of day.
Leftists and loonies (so often combined) plot to keep the truth hidden about that pit of cess which governs from Brussels - and for some strange and expensive reason - from Strasbourg too.
