Pagers.

 The primary reaction to the idea of placing an explosive device into 5,000 or so pagers is surely one of utter horror and disgust.

However, pausing for rational thought, it is pretty clear that this has been the ultimate form of targeting. 

Inevitably, there will have been a portion of innocent casualties but the vast majority will have been the murderous members of one of the worst terror groups of all time - and it is highly likely that a majority of the 'the innocent bystanders' were not all that innocent

These are a group which has relentlessly fired rockets into towns and cities across Israel for decades.

Like their Hamas pals on October the 7th - they have delighted and rejoiced in the taking of innocent life and causing as much damage to survivors as humanly possible.
