Sir Keir Starmer was pictured celebrating Arsenal's win over Tottenham yesterday as he faced a growing row over his acceptance of 'freebies' from donors. The Prime Minister was seen at the Premier League clash, alongside Foreign Secretary David Lammy, as he attended a second major sports event in two days. On Saturday, Sir Keir joined the crowd at Doncaster racecourse alongside his wife Victoria. The Labour leader enjoyed £76,000 worth of free tickets and clothes - including many Arsenal matches - during the last parliament, which was more than almost any other MP. But he is now alleged to have broken parliamentary rules by failing to declare donations of clothing for Lady Starmer within the designated time limit. The gifts, from prominent Labour donor Lord Alli, were not initially declared in the register of MPs' interests. The Sunday Times reported the PM approached parliamentary officials last week to make a late declaration after being given updated advice on what needed to be registered. Sir Keir today insisted 'rules are being followed' in his declaration of gifts, as his Cabinet ministers rallied round him amid the scandal. DM.
Self explanatory title. I abhor that nicey nicey, politically correct, pseudo-Christianity which almost always supports leftwing attitudes - which in most cases are profoundly anti-Gospel. This Blog supports persecuted Christians. This Blog exposes cults. This Blog opposes junk science. UPDATED DAILY. This is not a forum. This Blog supports truly Christian websites and aids their efforts. It is hardhitting and unashamedly evangelical so if it offends - please do not come to this site!
